Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or broken
- The item delivered is different from what was ordered
- The product is expired (if applicable)
To be eligible for a return:
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned with original packaging, tags, invoice, and all accessories
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories
- Products purchased under special discounts or promotional offers (unless defective)
Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact us via email or phone with your order details and issue description
- Our team may request images or proof of the issue
- Once approved, we will guide you through the return process
- Return pickup or shipping instructions will be shared with you
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected
- Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or UPI
- Refund processing time: 2–5 business days
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
