I. Returns and Exchanges
This policy allows for returns and exchanges of all items, including private brand products (with exceptions for electronics, general merchandise, and other specified items). Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

Discrepancy between the price of the article and the invoice
Items are different from the original order
Order contains expired/near-expiry items
Items in the order are damaged
Returns must be reported at the time of delivery, and necessary proof must be provided for returns and refunds. No refund requests will be considered after 24 hours.
II. Other Terms and Conditions:
- Boomian Private Limited
(“the Company”) reserves the right to inspect the goods and verify the nature and extent of the damage before processing any refund or exchange under this policy. The Company’s decision shall be final and binding on the member.
The Company will not entertain any claims or disputes from the member in this regard.
- This policy shall not apply where the goods are due to expire within the next 15 (fifteen) business days.
- At the time of any return or exchange of goods, the partner must present the original invoice as proof of purchase.
- Returns will only be processed if:
It is determined that the product was not damaged due to accident, negligence, misuse, or any other cause while in the member’s possession;
- The product is not different from the product purchased by or delivered to the member;
The product is returned in its original condition (with the brand/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all accessories and freebies (if any) that came with the product);
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase or to a UPI account.
- All approved refunds will be processed to members within a maximum of 3 (three) business days.Â
- This policy does not apply to returns and exchanges of goods purchased at a discount/special price or under any other promotion or scheme.
- This policy is introduced at the sole discretion of the company.
The company reserves the right to change/withdraw this policy at any time without notice. The company’s decision in any matter relating to this policy will be final and binding on the member.
- If the item is not available for exchange,
the purchase price will be refunded to the member.
